Browser up to date

Published on

Description Link to section description

The browser up to date input is a hidden field marked is="ds-input-browser-up-to-date", posted as true. If the component detects a browser older than the supported release it changes the value to false.

When the server returns an error for this field, the component renders a fieldset with links to update Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Detection reads the user agent string, so treat the result as advice, not as access control.
